Good to know the grievances of some racial minorities matter, I guess?

That's the difference between actual racism and having an arguably-insensitive team name (that apparently bothers whites more than any other group). He had a pretty explicit, long-running policy regarding not drafting black players which he stunningly explained by asking:

He was quoted in stories wondering why, if "[a]ll the other teams we play have [plural n-word], does it matter which team has the [plural n-word]?"

The Redskins were the last NFL team to sign a black player, which they didn't do until 1962.
