So who takes that job?

There's a few users I can think of on this board that would probably take this job.

Also, scene:

You and your friends are walking down the street. "There, look! A testicle booth!" You chide each other, hahah. Then, a dare--

"You do it"

"Hahah, no you".

You've got huge balls, figuratively and literally. You tell your friends this, and saunter towards the booth as your friends hoot and cheer. Behind you, you close the curtain and a gloved hand pops out. It gives you a thumbs up. It points to your pants. It points to the ground. You can take a hint. As your belt buckle clatters against the pavement, another hoot from your friends behind you. Ah, those jokesters. Them and their japes. What a great story this will be. You inch forward into range, and the gloved hand takes your testicles in gently. The latex hand is warm against your scrotum. It expertly navigates your testicles and you lean your head back a bit. Then, the gloved hand seems to frown. It goes back over your right testicle. A pause. Hesitation. Your heart sinks. The hand gingerly releases your testicle then points at your right testicle. It makes some gestures like shaping a mound, then a signal that you think might mean "no good". Outside, your friends are still hooting. A second gloved hand reaches out with a syringe. It gestures it's gonna need a blood test.

"How long until I get the results back?" you gesture with your testicles, choking back tears. The hands shrug. Behind you, your friend Dave says they're gonna grab some corndogs if you two need some alone time. Your other friends howl with laughter. You pull your pants up and open the curtain back up. They've already got their hands up to high five you.
