That's incredible, not just the weight but your strength recovery seems pretty rapid imo. Is lifting as heavy as possible for fewer reps better for building muscle? How do you prepare yourself physically and mentally to pick up something that heavy?

I didn't really add much to leg and back day, just 10 pounds on the last set of my main lifts. Will add it to all the sets next time.
