Topic	Relaxing videos to sleep to?

Music I can understand but I mean the point of a video is to be watching lol When I was a kid I was obsessed with it and would watch it every few nights and half the time Id fall asleep to it. Just grew up that way. What is it? And it's different when you just have a TV running and you just fall asleep after a while.
