| Emeraldegg 07/01/20 12:34:23 AM #205: | Went another 50 turns, pretty smooth sailing for the most part and uneventful, but I suspect things will start happening really soon. France has a navy that rivals our own and has been discovered to be plotting against us. More troublesome is that they have become allies of 2 militaristic city states that border 2 of our cities, so war would mean having to defend against them as well. We did discover astronomy finally, so we can finally go across the ocean, and for now more of our ships have been upgraded over France's, but I don't think it'll stay that way for long. I am undecided on whether to launch the first strike and risk angering the other nations, most of whom I am friends with at the moment. But letting France get the first shot would be potentially crippling. --- I'm a greener egg than the eggs from dr. seuss ... Copied to Clipboard! |
