He goes from an edgy rich kaiba/bakura crossover to a bit of a goofball once this crazy thing that makes you good at card games in return of becoming an asshole thing is lifted off him. Girls go completely gaga over him, and I personally don't really get it. Hilariously it results in a lot of girls who play VG play Shadow Paladins, which Ren uses, which is uhh... not an easy deck to pilot for beginners or casual players lol... so the results are usually disastrous. Asaka, the blue haired girl, is this socially awkward chuuni girl who went secretary mode for her one true love Ren. A fan favorite amongst male fans. She plays Pale Moon, a magical circus themed deck, and completely hams up this performance about her being this ringmaster of a circus thing, complete chuuni style. Barely knows how to interact with anybody but Ren and his lackeys.
