Definitely an easier Lostbelt than LB1 IMO, though some of that was the enemy types this one threw at me were ones my team as currently composed is better at dealing with. Think I preferred LB1 storywise as well though LB2 had its strong points. The Valkyries were fun, we got an Illya cameo, the Sigurd/Surtr thing was fun, and Napoleon was a blast to take into combat. Patxi and the Yaga definitely felt more developed than Gerda who was literally the only named human/normal NPC in the whole Lostbelt... which isn't her fault it's just she wasn't placed in a fair fight there really being made to carry that all by herself when Chaldea was like hardly with her anyway. so after like... 5 months or whatever I have caught up to the story! And I even maintained my "If a Story Support option is provided take them rather than a Friend Support" thing the whole journey! Time to work on actually getting more Servants raised up so I can more easily handle different situations.
