Don't call a cab cause everyone has cars and people actually can afford to park downtown. -no one will be like "how can they afford that apartment!" Other places have like Chinatown, Houston literally has doctor town. A big sprawling area that is just a bunch of medical buildings surrounded with apartments and houses the doctors and nurses live in.
