I'm not someone who cries about every little thing Trump does, but not testing to the fullest of our capabilities doesn't help anyone, not even him. Yeah it artificially lowers the numbers, but not knowing who is and isn't infected and tracing everyone they come into contact with means we get even more infections which means more death. You can artificially lower the infection numbers, but dead bodies are dead bodies. Want to open the economy and trust the citizens to make the right choices? Fine, but you also need to give those same citizens the tools needed to protect themselves and their community.
