It gets boosted if Psychic Terrain is in effect. Sounds like something that was meant for Galarian Articuno that they just decided to give to other Psychics because fuck actually using Ice Pokemon I guess. Also there's finally a strong physical Ghost move (really only usable in competitive play though), a Water-type U-Turn, and a Ground type Scald.
