If you're asking how to tell which are luxury resources, afaik you just kinda have to know if you aren't playing the game which ones are. In game, it tells you what's what when you hover over it. In that picture, right below Barcelona is Spices. Immediately to the top left is Sugar. The gold rings are Gold. The oranges off to the left are Citrus. At the very top next to the gold is Furs. Everything else is strategic resources, which are still useful but they are more for improving your empire's food/production than they are about granting happiness. --- I'm a greener egg than the eggs from dr. seuss ...
