XBox One / PS4, claiming from there will get you whatever version you have, standard edition (owned DLCs won't count) or GotY edition of the game. Steam right now, you get the base game no matter what you own there, because of how Steam works, but they are hoping to fix that for people with the GotY edition. Sorry.
