It is unreasonable to expect cops to work under the assumption that somebody who is willing to fight them over a completely rightful arrest, get one of their tasers, and then try to use that taser on them would not also take their gun and use it if the taser is successful. If the tasers are one and done then it's unreasonable to shoot after that, if they can fire multiple times then it's not so unreasonable.
