| darkprince45 06/13/20 7:41:51 PM #12: | creativeme posted... they aren't trained enough. they only go through like 500? hours of training with a very little bit being confrontation management or whatever it's called. basically trying to stay calm and stuff. compared to friends that are hairdressers and have to do 1500 hours of training before they get their license. quit overdoing it. The west coast alone is 1000 of just academy time. Field training being 6 months. It takes over a year and over 2,000 hours in the west coast --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
