Settler starts on the coast, next to a river, with a good mix of plains, jungles, and hills in the vicinity, as well as being close to some dye, sugar, and spices! A solid mix of luxury resources. And to top it off, there's ruins just 2 spaces away so we basically get 65 extra gold to start off from exploring that!
