For example, cottonmouth and Comanche are both really pointless but take up a ton of screen time for no reason. Their deaths do help set up stuff indirectly but it's all in service to developing Mariah and shades and they already get a ton of screen time else where. Especially when you consider that both her daughter and Bushmaster are used for this purpose too lol. Like wtf it's barely about Luke Cage at all.
