There are systemic problems in terms of motivation and/or in terms of effectiveness if they can't police main street and shops like Macy's are getting looted. Is it a blue flu? Do the cops treat it as a job not a calling and they just sham out when its actually time to work? They have 55,000 employees in the NYPD. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
