It's one of the many advanced hidden moves the devs put in the game. Some of them are taught in B and C sides (the post-game levels, for those who don't know). Some of them had to be found by the players. They tend to be used a lot in speedruns. --- There is only one Guru of the Decade, and his name is azuarc.
