It's keeping lockheed martin afloat and poor people off the street, I guess. Personally I consider pissing millions in to the OICW and SCAR projects a waste. And the wars in the Middle East that were outright counter productive. And sacrificing a generation to Vietnam. It's not exactly a smart money operation. Zeus posted... It is a respectable nation.
