A slap on the wrist? If that? Very uncommon for cops to be fired immediately like the ones in this case have been. Even less common for cops to face charges. The problem isn't just those bad cops. The problem is the entire system that protects those bad cops. It's the recruitment, academies, training, supervising - commissioners overseeing day-to-day ops and internal affairs overseeing discipline - all the way into the court systems.
