If they had waited until they had a functioning military and adequate supplies, they would not have been Nazis, as belief in their racial superiority prevented them from seeing their opponents as a real threat or examining the faults in their own strategies and science. If the Germany of the late 1930s were rational instead of ruled by Nazis, they never would have started WWII, because there was absolutely no possible way they could have won. --- I guess ...
