Even though it was a huge departure from the sub I liked Kuroko's English voice from what I heard. I've been watching the whole franchise (Index, Railgun, and Accelerator) dubbed and I think it has a great dub overall. Touma, Misaka, Accelerator, and most of the supporting cast sound really good. My favorite thing about the dub is that Brittney Karbowski voices all of the different versions of Misaka by herself, unlike in the Japanese version where they all have different voice actresses. Despite them having such drastically different personalities (Mikoto's tomboyishness, the Sisters' emotionless deadpan, Last Order's innocent hyperactivity, and Worst's psychotic battle lust) they're still *Index/Railgun spoilers* ~~literally biological clones of the same character~~ so it makes sense for them to have the same voice, and Karbowski shows some incredible range by voicing them all on her own. In fact, this is actually the show/franchise that solidified her as my #1 favorite English dub voice actress.
