Topic	Man, boss said I can never take more than a week off at a time.

I haven't been able to take more than a week off except for one time in the past 16 years (my current job). It's just the way it is here, it's probably different for every place. Where I work, we're 'essential railroad' and have to man a station 24/7 with only 6 people plus a manager.
