That song is an orchestral medley of songs from Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. If you'd rather put it off until you've ranked most of the included songs (more submissions would be needed) I can let you know when that happens?
No, I just didn't feel like investing the time when I was doing that batch. I was listening to some Fire Emblem today though, so my ears are primed for some orchestral suites!

Wikipedia says I should have recognized way more songs in Fantasy III: Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross...I only got Scars of Time, Chrono Trigger theme, and Frog's Theme. It is a very cool orchestral arrangement though, the beginning sections and 11:05-13:15 were my favourites. I think I just like Scars of Time a lot...most of this song feels too "pure orchestra" whereas I tend to like "orchestral fusion," it's hard to evaluate it from one listen but I'll be generous and put it in Great tier. I think it would grow on me with more listens, but can't say those are likely to happen in the near future.

It feels a little unfair to rate Chrono Cross Medley (IORI OpusXERO) coming off of a live orchestra recording AH JEEZ 1:01 was scary, I guess I got what I asked for in the hard rock sections but they also don't feel like they fit with the rest of the medley oops. I recognize way more songs this time - Shore of Dreams, Dreamwatch, Far Promise, and Radical Dreamers (okay it's only one more song but each of them is a very significant component of the medley). However, where I can see myself loving the Fantasy medley with more listens, the electric guitar sound used in this one just brings it down for me, and I don't really like what it did with Radical Dreamers overall. GOOD TIER.

Oh, umm...Robo's Theme is way too simplistic and cheesy for me, I think Frog barely wins this one as far as playable character themes go. It starts out kinda robot-y with the mechanical noises, but they're completely overpowered by the lead instruments during the main section, so it doesn't really preserve that interesting sound either. Apparently people say this is just Never Gonna Give You Up, though I don't really hear it besides the high strings sounding kinda similar.

Why have I heard Yearnings of the Wind before oh it's another name for Wind Scene which I've definitely heard. The echoey bass in this one is very nice, which means I like the first half way more than the second half, it just faces the common problem of the high strings being too harsh without something in the lower registers to round the sound out. Also I guess it's more like the first quarter and the last three-quarters, so I don't think I can put it higher than just okay even though I'd like to.

Scars of Time is an excellent nomination!!! This is one of those pieces of VGM that I feel like I can show to anyone, even if they've never been exposed to the genre. The looped version is kinda weird so I'm listening to a regular upload. I really love every part of this song - the flute solo over guitar and bass accompaniment in the intro, the big transition into the main section, the strings moving to sustained notes at 1:32, the violin solo in the middle, and the big explosion of sound to finish. It blows my mind that this game came out for the PS1 over 20 years ago and I will forever consider this song a legendary touchstone of video game music. Where Corridors is an all-time favourite which I enjoy for very specific reasons that might not apply to other people, Scars is one that I feel I can celebrate with the vast majority of the VGM community.

I think Dreams of the Shore/Another World was one of the first songs I heard from these games along with To Far Away Times, for some reason I always remembered it being a cello solo when clearly it is not. This song has a really nice aesthetic with dreamlike synths and warm bass, plus I love solo instruments but it's way too short!!! 1:00 is like the perfect moment to continue developing the melody or have a B section with a different instrument, but instead the song just kinda rolls over and dies by looping again. Still comfortably places in Great tier!
