Do you believe big tech companies should have the power to sway elections especially when they have expressed interest in doing just that? I don't think they should any more power to sway elections than they already have... social media already has so much market saturation - so many eyeballs already locked in and consuming - and the interactive nature of it makes it more persuasive than television and radio imho. SM inherently has power to sway public opinion just in being a platform for people to broadcast their agendas. While I think it should end with being a mere platform for people, I'm not against there being an independent, non-biased agency attached to the platform to act as a fact checker for all influential voices that have a broad audience. --- Terminal Crazy https://imgur.com/R9TrmGD ...
