There's no sense of urgency at all in what they are doing. I mean it's fine if they want to do this so long as it doesn't inconvenient other people but they are so inconsiderate that they don't care how slow they are and how long they hold up the line. Pet peeve of mine. Every time I'm queuing at a store, I wonder why the idiots in front of me don't take out their cash or cards while standing there doing nothing. Older women being the worst offenders with multiple purses and wallets they need to sift through. Yesterday there was a woman who needed to call her husband for the PIN... Seriously?
