For the most part there's no first party equivalent to PC to push hardware sales. No multiplatform developer is gonna develop a high budget graphics focused exclusive game for any platform without financial incentive from a first party. Actually Flight Simulator might be the next example. I think it's coming to Xbox eventually but there haven't been any details yet.
