Shinjuku Singularity was nice and short and pretty effortless as well. I did use Command Seals on the second-to-last battle with ~~Moriarty + Demon Pillar~~ but that was more because "why not" and since I no longer have the 1/2 AP bonus I had in Arc 1 retries would feel more painful.
