Knocked out lifting earlier. An hour before the workout I downed a protein shake and a pre-workout drink. Post-workout I downed four slices of white cheddar cheese and four eggs for more protein with no carbohydrates. Ill probably eat later again later today after taking the dogs out for a walk.

I had yogurt and mixed nuts before my workout and I'm having steak and veggies for dinner. Not sure what else I wanna have yet... Eggs sound pretty good
