The difference is that Iceland has institued a massive testing regimen. I know it's "a lot of work," but we already know how testing people works, and building up the capacity to test the entire population every two weeks or so is, IMO the least invasive, most straightforward way to bring things back to a sense of normalcy until a vaccine or treatment arrives. --- Congrats on Advokaiser for winning the 2018 Guru Contest!
