Its alright. I watched the first few episodes. The only thing I didnt like was Webby being good at everything relevant to the show (Oh no, Im bad at social situations in a show where every character is my friend by default and Im otherwise invincible. Woe is me.)
Personally, I thought she was introduced well. Her social issues have caused enough problems in the show just as all the boys' "weaknesses" have caused problems in the show.

I don't really see where you are going with her being seen as "invincible" as all the boys are shown to be that way as well. A good example is the episode with Bigfoot. Bigfoot was trolling Louie back and forth and I honestly thought it would go the cliche route where nobody would believe Louie until Bigfoot messed up and finally vindicated Louie through no action of his own. But instead, he devises a plan that works perfectly where Big Foot's true identity is never discovered but he is still able to beat him and make a mockery of him throughout.

It seems the kids rarely end up losing out, whether Weby or the boys (with the one exception of Louie in that time travelling episode).

EDIT: In fact, I just remembered that Webby's "flaw" is what causes the entire main conflict of the first season that almost allows Magika to take over the world. Her desperation to be social allows Magika to manipulate her to get as far as she did to begin with.
