Who has been in the most character battle matches? (Link | Cloud | Sephiroth | Solid Snake | Samus) - It's not Link or Cloud, they've been out of the field too often and has nothing to compensate. Between Snake and Samus, it must be Snake. Neither of them every left early, but I can think more where Snake for further than the opposite. I don't think Snake even needs the Battle Royale to beat her. Sephiroth is the wild card, but I think I'm sticking with Snake regardless. Seph was eliminated ASAP in the final part of the 2018 contest and the villains contest wasn't that big.
Link has the highest single match vote total in contest history (oddly enough, in a fourway match). Who is second? (L-Block | Cloud | Zelda | Draven | Samus) - From reading Leon's post, it has got to be Zelda. L-Block is complete bait here. You're thinking finals are the biggest matches, but there's no way Link did not achieve that in an early round. You need completely fodder to get such.
Which non-Noble Nine member has received the most total votes in contest history? (Bowser | Squall | Ganondorf | Ryu | Kirby) - Seriously considered Squall, but he never got much further than Bowser. The one contest he had without Bowser, he drew Snake in round 1. Bowser had a lot more matches in 2018, that even with the low votals can make up for a bit. Bowser also has the villains contest, that could make the difference. Ganondorf should also be considered for the same reasons.
Which franchise has been in the most character battle matches? (Sonic | Mega Man | Pokemon | Chrono) - It's really hard to try to get an idea of Pokemon, but I think I'm gonna roll with the combination of Mega Man, Mega Man X and Zero. Mega Man was a lo ahead of Pokemon when it started getting serious.
Which of these Final Fantasy VII characters has received the most total votes? (Aeris | Tifa | Vincent | Zack) - It's tough being confident in any of these, they all missed some crucial contests. If our later contests had the heyday votals we used to have, I'd pick Tifa for sure. I don't think it's Aeris either, she often exit early and being in the early contests doesn't matter if you miss later. Vincent had the most important contests, but never really got to destroy fodder, did he. It can't be Zack. I'm sticking with Tifa
