Leonhart4 05/18/20 8:48:02 PM #5:	Keep in mind for the first question that Sephiroth has the added bonus of being the only Noble Niner both in the Villains Contest and in the main contest in 2018. I'm kinda inclined to think it's him, even with not being in the main bracket in 2006.
