My thoughts on All Fictional would be to do a 128 character contest, designate 16 spots to all fictional characters, using the cream of the crop only, and have them evenly dispersed across the bracket, with each division having two outsiders, one on each side. If that's a concern for SB then I'd be fine with setting a cap of 16 or 32, as long as they were all mixed in with the traditional characters. Maybe that could be the Anniversary hook?
