And makes sense that he had some dealings with not really stealing from the Mayor, seeing as how the Mayor was part of Ouroboros's plans. Also makes sense as to why Dalmore didn't even give a fuck that it went missing. ... Okay this fight actually is hard. --- I'll just go back to gifs.
