I'm back up to 163 or so after fuckin off for about a week (awful diet, no exercise) but I finally feel like I'm though the worst part. I'm starting to look forward to lifting again. Just got to get through this heavy week then I'm going to deload and take it easy. --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
