Seifer is the "right" pick because it gives me a chain holder with an awakening to go along with Seph, and then I draw on next week's IV banner and hopefully have DK Cecil for my third character for Alexander. Only problem is I just don't like Seifer. But then I would have to pretty much go all in on the Shadow banner and skip that great IV banner. Rinoa's the one I want to take since I like her, she's kinda close to being complete, and doublecasting Shiva will be great when I do magic Valefor (maybe even physical Valefor... my main problem right now is Laguna dying because he has low HP with no record board) --- I made a living on time trial blowing myself off to cross the finish line at ludicrous speed. -transience ...
