The only times submitted to Speedrun.com are low% times, because the game doesn't track low%. Low% is slower for every character than any% is, though. Dove is an alternate play mode though - Cadence is the game's "default" mode, so it depends on what standard you're using here, most people in the community would consider 04:53.81 to be the game's fastest "any%" ...
