I'm easing up on things a bit now. I'm expecting to put a bit of water weight back on this week. Hopefully, I'll do that and lose a touch of fat weight. I'm expecting it to balance out. I'm sort of trying to hold at around 161-162 through this next week. It's the heavy week of the 5/3/1 cycle. Then I'm gonna see how I feel and adjust my weight loss goals accordingly. Been losing 1.5-2 pounds a week, might try to get that down to 1. EdgeMaster posted... You have no idea how jelly I am of your rent/mortage. Fuckin ~$3200 per month all said and done for a 4 bed 4 bath... Oh yeah I'm really lucky.
