Also, is this normal - I've gotten pretty strong compared to December when I started but I'm not getting much bulkier? Is it cus I bike a lot? Some days I'm out for 3 hours

It's really normal. For one thing, a lot of what feels like strength gains are less the muscle getting stronger than you getting used to and better at the movement.
