Well, back in those days I used /fit/, t-nation, and bodybuilding.com plus the martial arts board here. Today I feel like reddit has everything you need and its structured way better. But a couple caveats, I've never been super serious about lifting (like I was very into it but had serious fuckarounditis, not very diligent) and I don't really care to actually engage with people. I can just find any question I have and its already been answered.

Also, since it's a new topic, I want to share my routine and progress so far, so we all are on the same page about where we are. I encourage everyone else to do so if they want

My routine:

Tuesday:
5/3/1 Squats
5/3/1 Bench
incline bench
facepulls
leg raises

Thursday:
5/3/1 Deadlift
5/3/1 OHP
DB OHP
chinups
leg raises/hip thrusts

Saturday:
5/3/1 Bench
5/3/1 Squat
lateral raises
DB rows
leg raises

The accessory work I'm doing in a circuit. Start at 8x8 for each and then work up to 8x12, then add weight and bump it back down to 8x8.

I have a recumbent bike that I do 2-3 times a week for 20 minutes and try to go longer each time.
