I can just find any question I have and its already been answered. Also, since it's a new topic, I want to share my routine and progress so far, so we all are on the same page about where we are. I encourage everyone else to do so if they want My routine: I'm currently doing https://thefitness.wiki/routines/5-3-1-for-beginners/ Tuesday: 5/3/1 Squats 5/3/1 Bench incline bench facepulls leg raises Thursday: 5/3/1 Deadlift 5/3/1 OHP DB OHP chinups leg raises/hip thrusts Saturday: 5/3/1 Bench 5/3/1 Squat lateral raises DB rows leg raises The accessory work I'm doing in a circuit. Start at 8x8 for each and then work up to 8x12, then add weight and bump it back down to 8x8. I have a recumbent bike that I do 2-3 times a week for 20 minutes and try to go longer each time.
