Still beat my disappointing last distance, so I'm calling it a win. Billy__Beane posted... Its impossible to diet without the wife also dieting. She starts Optavia later this week so that should make my diet strict. Personally I think its a pyramid scheme but she was adament and it had worked for her in the past, so I said sure. Btw I definitely feel this, pretty much the same timeline too. Tbh I feel like the online fitness community and I guess I would call it ecosystem are way better than they were when I was really into lifting before, like 2009-2014 ish. An_Actual_Chad posted... But I'm also gonna start doing my bodyweight exercises again today. I haven't done shit in like a month. I plan on taking a "before" photo as well, but I'm definitely in no condition to post it until I get an "after" picture to post along with it in say... 6 months? Yeah I posted my progress pics after 4 months in the last topic, I would have rather waited but I needed the boost from my bros --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
