I've had success doing intermittent fasting and 'omad' (one meal a day) but I've found that eating three or four meals spaced throughout the day works best for me overall --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
