The species of banana they derived that from is now extinct. You know what a bunch of those bananas would be worth to agriculturists? There's also various blights threatening to wipe out world staple foods. Imagine being able to conjure future species that go extinct. Besides that, you could open a restaurant that caters to the filthy, disgustingly, mega rich, by serving food that no longer exists. --- Some people say I'm not patient. To them I say "Fine.
