Pullups 10/6/3 (the setup i have causes grip to go out so fast thar even bodyweight pulls see a ridiculous drop off after the first set.
Bent over row 125x10 145x10 165x10
Barbell curl 70x12 60x12 50x15
Lateral Raises (dont ask why i do these on pull day lol) 30x8 25x13 20x16
Dumbbell Row 75x8x4
Hammer Curl 25x10x3
Dumbbell Pullover 50x10x3
Rear delt fly 20x8x3
Upright Row 95x8x3
Chin up 3x3
