I need to get back to writing down what I do, coz I didn't really keep any sort of track yesterday. I did a ton of Squats. Probably like 8 or 9 sets. Then I did RDLs for 6 or 7 sets. Farmer's Walks up and down my drive way. I did Hamstring curls by putting a resistance band onto my barbell and moving my bench back, hooking my legs into the band for probably 5 or 6 sets.

I basically just go until I feel tired.
We tried today thats for sure. Btw i have no idea why i listed the total db weight for the bench and the individual for the incline. My ass aint pressing 260+ these days

I ignored the db ohp as i always do because i think its a great idea at the time but then i get to the end of my workout and fuck that

Extha got that squat butt all the girls like. Your posts reminds me that i need to do more farmer walks. The hamstring thing also sounds like a good idea it i am picturing it right
