Probably like 8 or 9 sets. Then I did RDLs for 6 or 7 sets. Farmer's Walks up and down my drive way. I did Hamstring curls by putting a resistance band onto my barbell and moving my bench back, hooking my legs into the band for probably 5 or 6 sets.
