CaptainOfCrush 04/29/20 6:00:27 PM #36: | God speed to you guys who still have the drive (and the tendon/joint strength) to continue pumping iron. I haven't lifted heavy in nearly two years, instead opting for body weight resistance like pull-ups/push-ups and cardio. I've probably lost a quarter of my strength when I weighed about 215 back then, but I'm 30 pounds lighter and so much healthier. I'll still follow this topic, though.
