Split squats: bodyweightx20x2, 30x10 50x10, 70x10
Back squat 55x10 75x10 95x10 115x10 135x10
Front squat 150x5x3
Hip Thrust 150x10x3
Stupid calf crap
I rocked this out (not that there was anything really challenging)

Im very glad i started to do split squats. Cant wait to add some real weight to it
