Granado Espada - Laguerra del Mundo this has also been in one of the VGMCs, right? i've definitely heard it before. anyway, this is ok. kinda sounds like a pretty good instrumental symphonic metal song (not necessarily one of my favorite genres but i don't dislike it either). like honor winds, it gets points for both of the guitar solos (the one in the middle and the short one at the end). speaking of which, i've noticed so far in VGMC14 is that one thing i completely disagree with mycro on are electric guitar solos. seems like he pretty much always thinks they're bad, either because he just thinks the solo sucks or (more commonly) because "the guitar drowns out instruments he likes listening to more." i could say a lot more about this but for now i'll just say that it's interesting how his reaction to these solos is the polar opposite of mine, given how similar are tastes are in other regards! ...but uh yeah, i liked this. let's see if i also like the other SZA songs nfun nominated! --- Geothermal terpsichorean ejectamenta ...
